Clarissa Huegill Lawyer/Solicitor

Clarissa has been practicing as a solicitor since 1988 and has been admitted to and practiced in both NSW and Queensland. She continues to hold practicing certificates in both those States, with a broad based practice covering most areas of the law.

Clarissa is the mother of two teenage girls and is involved at the children's schools and with their sport. She also has been a regular guest speaker at various community groups in the area regarding Power of Attorney and Appointment of Guardians. She is a member and Past President of the Ballina-on-Richmond Rotary Club, a Board Member of Ballina Chamber of Commerce, a Board member at Crowley and a member of Headlands Masters Netball Team.

Vicki Kelly Lawyer/Solicitor

Vicki started working with Clarissa in May 2001 and practices Commercial, Conveyancing and Family Law. Vicki enjoys practicing family law and takes great satisfaction assisting client's to negotiate satisfactory arrangements with regard to both children and property. She uses her life skills in combination with her legal knowledge to deliver legal solutions to her clients. She prides herself on her understanding of people and listens to their concerns. Vicki says family law is a difficult area that requires a lot of patience and most importantly a non judgmental common sense approach.
