Clarissa Huegill Lawyer/Solicitor

Clarissa has been practicing as a solicitor since 1988 and has been admitted to practice in both NSW and Queensland. Clarissa is a property law specialist and has a broad based practice covering most areas of the law.

Clarissa is and has been heavily involved in local community groups and services and is a wife, mother and business person and is well aware of the need to be approachable and practical in relation to client’s legal needs.

Stephen Hegedus Lawyer/Solicitor

Stephen was admitted to practice in 2004 and has practiced in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. Stephen was previously in practise as a Barrister and has appeared in courts at all levels. Stephen has experience negotiating complex agreements having spent four years in Western Australia working on mining and land access agreements on behalf of native title claimants. Stephen is now focusing predominantly on family law and criminal law matters and matters relating to social justice and discrimination.
